General Shipping Policy:
- We ship the products to virtually any address in the world.
- We make our best efforts to dispatch each item in your order within 2 to 3 working days from the order date. However, if the product(s) is out of stock or if there is any other technical issue, we may require more 5-7 days to dispatch your order.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies like FedEx or Delhivery for Domestic and Aramex or UPS for International orders.
- We provide you a tracking code once your order is dispatched. You will be able to track your shipment on our website or on respective courier service providers website.
- Each order can be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. Therefore, if you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
- We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition; therefore each product goes through a 100% inspection before it is packed for shipping.
- Shipping schedules are estimated only and cannot be guaranteed.
- Orders are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days.
- Remote areas as suggested by our courier partners will take an additional 5 days for delivery.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case.

Why is the Cash on Delivery (COD) option not offered in my location?
Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact Us via email to initiate a return. Wherever possible we will facilitate the reverse pick-up of the product. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our courier services for reverse pick-up, you may return the product through a third-party courier service providing us with the tracking details. Return fees are borne by you.
